Liked: The breakfast menu was adequate, but the service and staff were excellent. The concierge service from Ricardo, Martin and david was excellent. My check in and throughout my stay was wonderful because of Sofia. I feel very welcome by the whole staff.

Liked: A beautiful place to stay, you feel that vibe of a palace/Quinta. The staff were very polite and friendly. I loved the big variety of the buffet in the mornings. Everything was so delicious. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Their service is exceptional. It has amazing views around the property and is very green. Their restaurant is big and their bar has great services and also variety. Highly recommended this property. Not too far from Guadalajara centro.
