Liked: Beautiful hotel, easy to find, good location. However, no mini bar, we ordered some amenities, weren’t delivered. I wanted a twin bed room, they had to come and change the bedding, after a few hours we had to call to get them to do it. The bars weren’t open when we there, and the bathroom in the room needed some detailed cleaning, toothpaste over the door, the soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty, dust everywhere - just a shame with the amount of money you pay stay you expect cleanliness. Otherwise, nice place.

Liked: The pillows weren’t great for me but that is a personal preference. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss.

Liked: The hotel was pretty good. Housekeeping need a little more attention to detail as we never had any shower gel or hand wash (both left empty) and we never had a full set of towels (we either got a hand towel or face washers) and our tea/coffee cups were dirty (1 clean and 1 dirty).
