Liked: We loved the quiet location, the view, the whole vibe of the place was amazing and calm. The room and bed was comfortable and the staff were very polite and accommodating. My girlfriend fell in love with the property and we are definitely looking to return in the future!
Disliked: Texting the room service number on the menus resulted in no response and we needed to inquire at the front desk for help but it was a minor inconvenience.

Liked: The location was beautiful. It was great to wake up looking at the lake. The meditation room was great, my partner and I had a wonderful massage and a great Reiki session. We left feeling relaxed
Disliked: Unfortunately I had to work two of the days and the internet was not working too well so it took me a little longer to get things done. It was advertised as high speed internet so I thought there would be no issue but it was.

Great location, quiet, relaxing and...

Liked: Ambiance, the room was clean and very comfortable. I order food and it was really tasty. There is also a small labyrinth on premises that I was able to enjoy.
Disliked: I think I received an email with the food menu and remember seeing a different price on such menu versus what I was charged.I didn't mention it as the food was very tasty.

Liked: Great stay, relaxed, quiet, good value, needs a little touch up, one of the other guests backed up into my car an scraped the rear side, what a bummer !!they did not leave any insurance info and facility did not have cameras available, close to julian, wildlife around the area

Great views and a comfortable...

Liked: The location, room, and the spa were good. We enjoyed the general sense of quietness and the grounds.
Disliked: When we got there it took a while to find someone to check us in. Also, the breakfast in the morning was out of many items when we showed up, at 9am (service is from 8am-10am) and we could not find anyone/didn't see anyone tending to it.

Would recommend but...

Liked: Very quiet and serene. Mom had a massage and said it was amazing. The jacuzzi claw foot tub was fabulous. Bidet in the room was a nice touch.
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows were too fluffy with no neck support. Very uncomfortable night sleep.
