Disliked: I didn't like much of anything. Especially not the attitude of the receptionist / management. We travelled many hours by plane. We walked some distance to get to the Hotel/Motel (*shithole).We are usually very fast and efficient at either checking in or assisting in bag storage, but in this particular case the manager hid out the back of his office starring at the monitor, offering no assistance (*unfortunately not surprising). We located a kind cleaning lady who was very informative, but was unable to help us with our luggage & check-in queries. When then asked when the receptionist would be available at the hotel, or when their shift begins. They said 5:00pm on the dot (*a fib). When then sat down in the lounge section, to hydrate and quickly organise another location to store our bags for a short period (*ridiculous we even needed to consider this, honestly) seeing as though nobody on the hotel checking staff was actually in attendance...Fast forward 5-7 minutes: the receptionist/manager comes bellowing out!! Screaming at us and telling us we cannot rest and must leave immediately without any questions of if we are guests or need help! Zero humility or professionalism! Totally unwarranted rage! We were shocked, scared and threatened for our own wellbeing + safety! This receptionist/manager was exclaiming racist remarks towards my partner (who is brown) and was creating some idea that we were rude to his cleaning staff member & that I personally was somehow a sexist?? Not sure we pulled that from??Safe to say we disagreed respectfully with his racist and rude remarks, and agreed to leave immediately (matter of seconds).In summary; We feel victimized, traumatized, threatened and do not recommend any sane respectable person, stay here or put up with this kind of behavior. Go to Hotel F1 instead. Save your money and stay safe....A truly authentic French experience ✨️
