Comfortable hotel, convenient for transport...

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful.Comfortable room.Convenient for transportIdeal location near my daughter's home.
Disliked: Breakfast was not as good as some places I have stayed. It was located all over the space so finding things took a little while. Butter was not with the bread, fruit salad was sometimes with the cooked breakst =, sometime close to the yogurt (more sensible). Limited range of meats and cheese.Room was comfortable but looked out on a light well.Steps up to the lift with no handrail. No accessibility for wheelchairs and not easy for limited mobility. Diifcult, even dangerous descending.

Liked: Very spacious room. Beautiful bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Such an old smart TV for 4 stars hotel that only worked with satellite channels, and whatever I did with the settings neither of smart options worked (youtube , screen mirroring). One of the reading lapms wasnt working. Fridge wasnt working aswell. It was quite humid in the room and we couldn’t turn on the AC since the excuse was that ACs automatically are only available in heating mode during this season. However the staff brought us a fan which was just a regular cheap fan for a 4 star hotel. However I appreciate the effort of the staff. The bathrooms blinds to room controler was also not working.

Stunning hotel, exceptional value

Liked: I had to quickly arrange a stay for 2 nights and found this gorgeous hotel for an amazing deal couldn't believe my luck, excellent transport links and next to some beautiful places to eat

Liked: Very convenient location in the old part of West Berlin. Friendly staff, fast check-in, good breakfast.
Disliked: A bit noisy in the mornings from the street. But overall not bad.
