Liked: Needs some updating and breakfast was nothing exceptional. The location is wonderful. Walked everywhere and Paddington Station was right down the street. Lots of restaurants just down the street

Liked: Comfortable bed, all amenities worked fine and the shower was very goodClose to Paddington and all transport links

Not recommended

Liked: I disliked the room size, bathroom size was very small not enough for one person, there was no small fridge or even some water bottles

Very pleasant, room had everything...

Liked: The hotel staff were pleasant and happy to help. The room was clean and sufficient for our one night stay. It was only a short walk to the nearest tube station and there were shops and restaurants nearby. My daughter left her EarPods by mistake but the staff found them and packaged them up so that I could have them collected by a courier which was so kind of them.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little cramped but it was clean and had everything you needed.

Great location and comfortable

Liked: Great location 3 min walk from Paddington station. Easy with suitcases. If you fly into Heathrow then it’s the stop for the Heathrow Express. Paddington is also well connected with the tube by several lines. We did lots of walking from the hotel including little Venice to Camden market, and Notting Hill. Hotel was clean and comfortable with great WiFi (cos that’s important right!). Continental breakfast was as expected and had enough variety to cater for all tastes. Very clean and neat hotel. Would recommend and stay here again for sure.

Liked: Great location. Near Paddington station and lots of places to eat.Breakfast option although we didn't have the breakfast on this trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The bed was a bit firm for my liking but that's just me.Bathroom very small.
