I liked it in general....

Liked: I booked a single room but unfortunately there was some problem with the lock. The staff at the reception was kind enough to give me a triple room.
Disliked: The single room was quite small

20 stars if I could...

Liked: Very friendly staff, breakfast could have more options like fruit or maybe a hot option. But overall nothing to complain about. Even thought with us when we needed to stay one more night because our trip home got cancelled. We could even stay in the same room and leave our luggage there so we didn't have to carry it around all day after checking out.
