Disliked: Late check in, room was not clean, they let basicly anyone to stay

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The triple room we were given had nothing to do with the picture. The walls and sheets were stained. The room was over heated and the heater could not be turned down without the hotel staff. The breakfast was very basic and bad.

Liked: Reasonable price and location close to everything.
Disliked: You could not store luggage more than a day. I found that extremely annoying when I was using this hotel as a base for the last few weeks.

It was alright

Liked: The staff were friendly, bathroom was always clean and the hot shower was a constant, I had a lot of pillows too.
Disliked: The wardrobe design could have been better to accommodate my Luggage. Also, I didn't have a phone in my room, so I always had to walk down to the reception.

Liked: Small but adequate room, and rather close to two different tube stops, making access to central London easy.
Disliked: Room was very small, but fine for my purposes.
