Very good

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: The people staying in the room next to us were slamming doors at midnight, two nights in a row which made it uncomfortable. We spoke to staff and they dealt with the issue.

Liked: The place is very good , and even the rooms are nice and good for the price they have . The reception and housekeeping stuff are very friendly . And I really appreciate that morning time is quiet and nobody is coming to disturbing you .

Terrible

Liked: Staff were friendly and did eventually solve the issue when it was risen to them!
Disliked: When going online to book the accommodation you are presented with carpeted rooms, nice bathroom and nicely furnished rooms! When we checked in everything was normal and looked lovely. We was then show to our room where we was taken to a back part of the hotel which was extremely outdated, only few of the lights worked through the hallways and it was very smelly. When we entered the room I was very shocked to be presented with a tiny room which was disgusting! The walls and skirting boards were filthy, the chairs beds and wardrobe was broken and wobbly! It was so unhygienic!! It was very disappointing, when we complained to front desk they told us that we had booked a “standard room” not a delux room? I showed them pictures of what I had booked and it did not represent what I was given! Once a bit of back and forth they agreed to upgrade us “for free on them” when we went to our new room it was exactly what we had booked. I really don’t recommend at all!

A Sad Experience

Liked: Reception staff were helpful and did bring extra pillows when requested. When we complained about the quality of the room, the duty manager was apologetic and said he would upline this to his manager, who would get back to us. However, we are still waiting for this over a week later.
Disliked: The state of the room was appalling with very tired furniture, no bedside table on one side, with no bedside lights. We stayed on the 1st of February, and there was no heating available, and we were cold all night. In the evening, I had to shower in luke cold water. We did not expect a quality hotel, but this felt more like an emergency respite room for the homeless during periods of freezing weather.

Didn’t stay in room no...

Liked: Nothing much room was terrible smell of sewage not nice didn’t stay ended up getting another hotel
Disliked: Room was terrible had a sink and cooker in it? Like it was for staff. Room smelt terrible didn’t end up staying
