Liked: Loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby! Such a great little hotel! Bar and bartenders were wonderful!

Lovely hotel

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Bed and sofa was comfortable. Fireplace was nice. Christmas decorations at the hotel was lovely.
Disliked: It didn't have a fridge. But that was my fault at booking for not paying attention.

I would and will definitely...

Liked: The location of our room was not great as it was over the front door however the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable, it had a desk and a couch, love that!
Disliked: I called down for a couple of forks and had to call back 30 minutes later again to get it. However the girl that was at the front desk compensated for the wait by going and getting me cutlery herself and bringing it up.

Liked: Great location, hotel well maintained, great amenities.
Disliked: Staff at front desk check-in could have been more welcoming. No one said hello as we entered the foyer and there were no other guests around.
