Liked: The room was spacious and the staff, especially the breakfast staff and the persons cleaning the rooms are very nice! The hotel is in a good location, a lot of restaurants and shop right next to it.
Disliked: The breakfast venue was too small for the amount of people so it was really crowded around 8.30am. The bathroom is really basic!

Cozy and comfy

Liked: Rooms are comfy, wifi works perfectly, breakfast is great, staff is superkind, location is strategic both to explore the city and to the airport (10 min on foot to Arlanda Express).The hotel is very cozy, in a beautiful old building with a spiral staircase (don't worry, there is also an elevator!)We stayed two nights. Staff was so kind to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us since we had to leave very early in the morning. For our second stay we were even upgraded to a bigger room. That was very kind. Thank you!

Superb stay

Liked: It was centrally located, 24 hour reception, helpful and courteous staff, the buffet breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: The room could have been a bit bigger. However can’t complain as the size was mentioned in the booking
