Wouldn’t recommend was very anxious

Disliked: Really long dark hallways , our bathroom door did not close at all and our toliet didn’t flush

Don't use this 3 star...

Liked: I paid for my booking with my debit card. When I arrived the hotel wanted E150 security with a credit card only. I don't have a credit card so my wife offered her card over the phone and it was refused as was another guest who offered their card. I had to LEAVE the hotel and secure alternative accommodation. Disgraceful treatment of customers. They have taken my money for booking and refused to return it to my debit card.

Liked: Didn't actually have breakfast at the hotel - but did use the cafe there which was good;Location ideal ( As main reason for visit was to visit mum in St JOSEPH'S Hosp- and don't have car - therefore Use Hotel as my base - as on previous occasions;Staff very helpful/ accommodating ;
