Trip away.

Liked: Warm welcome as soon as we walked in. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean throughout .A beautiful location we stayed in a room with a sea view which were great.

Shocker !!!!

Liked: Shocking staff... wrote a personal email to the hotel direct and they never even bothered to respond. This place should be closed down and the staff are not hospitality trained... that's rough, the staff in the restaurant and bar were great, the check in staff rude and management - jokers !!!

Disappointing other than the breakfast.

Liked: The reception area was impressive and the breakfast was very good. Excellent view over Southsea Common and the Solent.
Disliked: The room was very small, the radiator was very noisy, only one bedside lamp and the electricity sockets were in the wrong place and the cold water tap didn't function properly.
