Liked: My fifth stay at the Queens. Staff and surroundings were lovely as always, and it's in a great position located so close to the Lanes and the Pier. The gym seems to have been upgraded since I was last there.
Disliked: The only issues we faced aren't necessarily within the hotel's control. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a homeless person shouting in the street, then later that day, the guest in the room next door to ours was being antisocially noisy. But Reception were great and happily relocated us to another room on a quieter floor, which was much appreciated.

Liked: Every thing you needed, close to beach. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Shower hard to work, could only get scalding or scalding . Lots of stairs.
