Liked: We had an excellent stay at the Queens Court Hotel. The room was great and really comfortable with a beautiful interior. Everything was really clean when we arrived and the staff couldn't be more friendly, all topped off with a great selection of food for breakfast.

Disliked: Room was in the attic and had restricted headspace. USB ports on socket didn’t work

Lovely comfortable stay

Liked: Lovely quaint hotel, relaxing decor, breakfast cooked to order and staff all very welcoming and friendly. Great location short walk to Exeter Central Station.
Disliked: Noisy clunky heating, seemed to go off during the night so the room was cold and when it came back on there was knocking sound while it warmed up again, which was disturbing in the middle of the night. Would be better to have independent control of heating in the room.

Liked: Really charming small hotel, a little tired in places, but with quirky individuality, decoration and antique furniture. Nice touches like genuine homemade biscuits on reception and breakfast cooked to order. Amazing value for money.

Very good value stay

Liked: Everything I needed was available at a very reasonable price, and everyone I met was obliging. That included a daily breakfast from a kitchen that knew how to cook both poached and scrambled eggs properly (pretty rare). The location was close enough to the main station and to the city centre.
Disliked: The room as a whole (bathroom included) was pretty dreary and dated, so whilst it was comfortable it was not as "cosy" as I'd hoped. However the presence of a small bar/lounge helped. The bed, although comfortable enough, was more than usually obvious as two single beds joined together - I could feel the join!
