Parking and bathroom with kids

Liked: No packing available at the hotel most of the time. Cars everywhere, was a mess! Other balconies could see into the bathroom windows (we had a doublequeenwithocean view), which we didn't discover till 3/4 through our stay. So, under aged kids are very vulnerable along with adults. Brought this up to staff, and they didn't seem to be concerned. We ended up covering the window with a trash bag and no longer opened the window.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Minimal rooms. No coffee, no microwave, very, very basic.

It was good, but I...

Liked: Good location, pool area was nice. Not too crowded.
Disliked: No lanahi. Put us in a ridiculously small (junior suite) had to ask for a different room the next morning. They were accommodating and gave us a much better room, had to wait around until 3pm to get in. Would have felt ripped off if we hadn’t asked to move.

Good location- room outdated.

Liked: It was close to the beach and had a nice lobby and pool. The coffee shop had good breakfast items and coffee. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. The Lei making was fun!
Disliked: The room was not as nice as I would’ve liked for the price. The common areas are much nicer than the rooms, which are dark and older. Could use more lighting and fresh updated decor.
