Liked: Travelled from the UK to go to a event at the Effenaar. Was the perfect location and was a 5 minute walk to the venue. Reception staff in the day time were excellent. Very welcoming and polite. The young gentleman on reception during the night was such a sweet soul. Didn’t catch his name but definitely wish I did (and his contact number). Will 100% use this hotel again for future events as we always used the holiday inn
