Wonderful hotel! Exceptional staff

Liked: Exceptional staff. All very friendly and helpful. Amazing room on 4th floor with great view of castle. Room very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good location. Plenty to choice from the breakfast buffet, although would prefer not to have to order eggs from menu. Disliked the shower as low pressure and difficult to regulate the temperature.

Liked: Every member of staff were top class and went above and beyond our expectations Supplied us with packed breakfasts due to our day trip being brought forward to 6am and ordered our taxis as required and also made us reservations àt lovely restaurants so it's top marks from us to all the staff at this wonderful hotel.
