Good location near downtown and...

Liked: Good service and nice environment overall. Large room. Near downtown.
Disliked: Breakfast not great if you want anything that includes eggs -- they did not seem like real eggs and our party did not finish that breakfast. Ordered bagels the next day. No bottled water available anywhere. Outdoor patio had an old hot tub that was not in use and dirty.

Pretty hotel in good location,...

Liked: Staff were lovely. Great location. Pretty hotel - old world. Breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: Wifi was very poor. No lifts (understandable due to the old world nature of the hotel) - stairs challenging for luggage but very helpful staff.

Superb

Liked: We loved our stay at the Queen Anne Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the waitstaff at breakfast. Our room was comfortable, and the perfect size space for our family. The complimentary full breakfast was a great amenity. The food was delicious and very filling. The fire pit area was very nice at night. We enjoyed the walks into downtown Chatham and found it very convenient to be so close to the grocery store.
Disliked: The only negative we had was the temperature of the pool. It says it is heated, but it was just a little too chilly for us!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Really comfortable bed. Fresh coffee in the room. Lovely balcony. Superb location with walking distance to main street
Disliked: The sharp light in the bathroom, the bath and shower

Charming Inn walking distance to...

Liked: Beautiful charming historic Inn, fantastic location walkable to Chatham and Oyster Pond, which is wonderful for swimming. The food was absolutely fantastic and we recommend having dinner there when the restaurant is open.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little dated in our room, but it all worked.

Overall an A-,B+.

Liked: The owner 's attention,the food,the grounds,the location to town, the staff's pleasantness and attitude.
Disliked: The furniture is painted vintage and could be upgraded,at least inside the drawers.I did call ahead to discover if there were options for our deluxe king room but no one called back.

A gem of an Inn...

Liked: The over-all ambience, size of the room, the large attached balcony, the quality of the breakfast fare.
Disliked: Staff at breakfast appear to be very new and need some time to season. They were not as attentive or as competent as we would have expected for the over-all quality of this establishment. Wish the swimming pool had truly been heated, it was simply too cold for a dip.
