Modern Hotel close to tram...

Liked: New Hotel in the new quarter "Bahnstadt". Close to Railway station and the university hospital. Late arrival was accommodated very well (needed when travelling with Deutsche Bahn...)
Disliked: nothing in particular

Brilliant choice for a stay...

Liked: Despite not being located in the city center, it is very easy and quick to reach it. The room was very clean, quite and absolutely comfortable. I did not have the chance to try the food but I'm planning to do so next time. It is an excellent accommodation.

Good option for short stay!

Liked: It’s a good hotel for a short stay. Breakfast is really good.
Disliked: I went for breakfast and they came to clean my room before check out, meaning one of the two rooms we had could not be used anymore. Parking garage gate was broken and we had to park on the street.

Disliked: We had some questions to the hotel regarding traveling with a pet/late check out and car parking options. We contacted the property three times until we got an answer and by that time it was too late to cancel our booking. This is not fair play..
