Liked: The location is fabulous. We could walk to all the events. The staff are exceptional. James and Georgia at the front desk were just lovely to see after we came back after a day of activities.The buffet breakfast was lovely.The pool and gym were spotless.
Disliked: I loved everything about the place. Our family has decided this is the only place we will stay when visiting Melbourne.

Liked: Terrible service all round, especially the welcome I received from Christine on the front desk - I had arrived off a flight that was delayed twice and had to put up with front of desk service that is the worst I’ve ever had at a 5 star establishment
Disliked: The rooms were not 5 star standard, lack of choice on menu, room service is non-existent and the service from staff was horrendous
