Disappointing

Liked: Staff were friendly. My room was fine.
Disliked: Used dental floss in toilet upon arrival, black hair on bed sheets, while I was checking in another customer complained about bed bugs. My blinds couldn't close fully.

Certainly would highly recommend this...

Liked: The space, the workable gym, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Having a clean, easy to use laundry was a benefit to us.
Disliked: treadmill not working

Quattro is a great value...

Liked: The lobby and dining are were very clean and had a fresh, modern look
Disliked: The parking area was bumpy, due to incomplete snow/slush removal

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Updated, nicely decorated, very welcoming. Exceptional dining. It also has great amenities on the property. And it is kept extremely clean. I loved the high end dining on sight.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable, considering how nice the property was I expected a higher end mattress. Also outside of our bedroom window was a very bright light that never turned off, and it was hard to make it dark even with the blind, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
