Liked: The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. When we settled into our room, we realized that the heating was not working and when we reported it, they immediately moved us to our new room.
Disliked: Our room was a little dusty. In general, there was no cleaning problem, but the fact that it was dusty triggered our allergies.

Liked: This hotel is fantastic. It is located in the epicenter of Puerta del Sol, and you can walk to everywhere you want to go. Breakfast was excellent was varied slightly each day. Highly recommend this hotel.
