Liked: The internet is the only good thing from here
Disliked: Staff are not proffesional at all! They even didn’t clean the room one night saying that the room is in no disturb mode but actually i hang the paper to clean the room. Breakfast is exactly the same ALL DAYS, so if you want o stay longer thing in another option for breakfast. They NEVER reply the phone when you call from the room, I need to call them from my cellphone, and even like this takes forever to answer.

Lovely stay, would have preferred...

Liked: Nice friendly staff and clean hotel
Disliked: No bar for a late night drink and if you want the centre of Milan, it’s not the best position (not an issue for us as we are attending a family event)

Very happy staying here.

Liked: Friendly service with smiling: Receptionists were empathetic and tried to support our request. Good and yummy breakfast! The waiters are very polite. Good location, a 3-minute walk to the tram station and a 5-minute walk to nearby supermarkets. DM shop just takes 2 minute's walk.
