Smart hotel in a great...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room in a central location. Nice and warm for a winter stay. Stylish decoration. I'm sure we will return.
Disliked: It could do with a cupboard or table to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

Disliked: The throwaway mattress protector was hot to sleep on

Good value for money but...

Liked: Located in the city center, walking distance to the main attractions, good value for money.
Disliked: But be careful with the parking! We have left our car for one night and somebody broke the window!!! We had to go to the police and weren’t able to continue our holiday trip due to the car damage so the holiday was completely ruined.

Superb

Liked: Location was excellent, staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Some may find the standard room small, but we were comfortable there. We travel to experience a place, not to stay in rooms that are like ours at home in Canada.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that needs improvement.
