I would recommend the cabins,...

Liked: The front desk willingly swapped our room for a cabin, much more acceptable. Hearing the creek while sitting outside was pleasant. Slept well, the amenities were ok, the location was as expected. The staff were great, both the PM staff member/AM staff member provided excellent customer service, the motel was a tad outdated.
Disliked: Initially booked a room at the motel, once inside the room, I noticed a faint smell, either animals/dampness, ???, that didn't set well with my nose, the room was plain, not up to par, but for the price, guess it met the standard.
