Disliked: The TV was broken.

Disappointing

Liked: Well, the water heater was not working apparently but they were able to transfer my booking to the Wyndham Hotel next door.
Disliked: The Wyndham put us on ground level and the window was visibly broken (pried open) and hadn't been repaired. I had to flip the couch up on the side and slid it in front of the window just to feel safe enough to sleep. This was a ghetto establishment.

Liked: They had no hot water but they were working on it and they sent me to Wingate by Wyndham.
Disliked: Wingate by Wyndham has always been a nice place to stay however this location in Waldorf,Md was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel I’ve ever been in.

Disliked: No hot water at all was told the boiler was broken. Had to stay there I had no choice and drunk person passed.put on floor in lobby no help. At some point police showed up. Very bad experience not recommended

Disliked: I booked through booking.com. upon arrival walking through all the trash in the parking lot and the numerous people standing near the entrance smoking. I had my confirmation went to check in and was told I didn't have any confirmation there. The total was 85.97 for the room and a 50 dollar deposit. I looked at my back statement due to being.told.rooms were available but was told my card was declined. Upon looking at statement I was charged 134.97 plus 50 dollar deposit. I went back in the front desk stated he had rooms but would need cash and the 50 dollar deposit. He gave room 105 when I walked in and.was doing the inspection the window would not look and I was on the ground floor. I requested a room change. Went to the next room and window issue the same. I placed a chair in front of the door and around 4am somebody was attempting to come in.. people in and out running around all night. Upon checking out I returned my room key and was wanting to get the deposit back. I was informed by the front desk staff that aiI never had a room. So I was told to get out without the deposit. I called the police for the theft of money. Upon the police arrival the day shift staff stated that I didn't have a room due to no key. I asked for him to call night shift staff in which he resides at the hotel he told police my card was declined and that I didn't give a deposit. Paperwork upon arrival stated copies to be given upon check out.. so no deposit and to top it off i was still charged in my card the full amount. I ended up paying close to 300 dollars for a room., police involved by a customer calling on staff, for a room that was worth 19.99 avoid at all cost.. unsafe, filthy, and shady staff double dipping etc
