Liked: Easy to get to, quiet, clean and very comfy beds!

DID NOT STAY THERE WANT...

Liked: This location is horrible. We left and requested a refund. We could not stay here do to the cleanliness and the people present when attempting to check in. Drugs were clearly a priority at this location. This location is refusing to send booking.com proof we did cancel, causing me to not get a refund. You can clearly tell we stayed somewhere else, booked through booking.com. I just want my money back.
Disliked: Getting my money refunded.

Liked: The manager let us check in 2 hours early due to room availability.
Disliked: The bed in room 316 is the worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I had to layout the pillows and sleep on top of them. The bed has no padding. When I brought this up to management at check out, I was told all the beds were new. Maybe new to the hotel, but not new. If there were new, the purchased the worst quality mattresses. The shower curtain rod was loose and the shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t seem to be working because my son saw black mold in the bathroom.

Disliked: Jacuzzi doesn’t work, dog hair on couch on the sofa in my room

Liked: Location was good, fairly close to restaurants. Towels were nice.
Disliked: It was dirty and we found bedbugs in the first room assigned but thought we’d be able to just switch rooms but unfortunately we found bedbugs in that room as well. Carpet was stained and couch in room looked dirty as well.

Liked: My family was treated horribly by a staff member that was supposed to be restocking breakfast. Don't expect to get the breakfast you pay for if you stay here.
