The stay was acceptable but...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. The staff was nice. Nice sheets & towels.
Disliked: There was clear water damage to the floor so the boards popped & noisy. The refrigerator did not work. The couch bed mattress was gross, uncomfortable. A fitted sheet did not exist anywhere for my bed.

Disappointed

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioner cover fell off. Our room was just old and not very clean.

Hotel needs major updating! Smelled...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good - no complaints. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find.
Disliked: The hotel needs a lot of TLC. The furniture in the room was beat to death, walls had chips everywhere and was in need of paint, and the bedding had stains. Overall look of the hotel is seriously dated and in need of an update if they intend on being competitive. I was there on the weekend of a big TTU football game and the prices were elevated everywhere. We paid nearly $300 to stay here and it was nowhere near worth that much.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: I love how accommodating the location, price and staff were. I loved the variety in the breakfast and how helpful the woman was who waited on us.
Disliked: I did not like that the floors seemed to sound sticky and just not up to code. Our floor tiles seemed to lift a little and there were some chips in the decor but that honestly wouldn't keep me from staying here. Just relaying the information for future guests.

Liked: Location and breakfast.
Disliked: Front desk behavior was very rude and insulting. After I got the key we went to the room and we found that the room was not prepared. Food waste was spreading on the bed. We asked for room change and he called someone ( may be manager). After sometime he was saying other rooms are expensive which very much insulting to me. BTW, we paid $391 for 1 room for two days in this hotel. It is already overpriced and he was saying expensive in his insultive expression.Second day, I asked for changing the bed covers and other things, but they did not.
