Liked: Great location. Easy walk to train station, restaurants, grocery store, and the main sites of Toulouse. Friendly staff. Small room, and a little worn, but perfectly satisfactory.

Great staff in a great...

Liked: First, the staff was outstanding. Eric was top notch during checking and thruout stay (3 nights). Erica and Allen were also very helpful. There was an issue in the shower and we were easily shifted to another room. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We liked the location, 5-6 minute walk from the train station and within 15 from most sites. The airport shuttle bus stop is about 4-5 minute walk as well. We’d definitely stay here again if we have a return visit.
Disliked: It was all good.

Liked: I stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The location is excellent—close to the city center, charming cafes, and major attractions, making it easy to explore Toulouse on foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. The interior is stylish and modern, with a sleek design that creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy yet contemporary feel.

Liked: Breakfast was very basic but all was fresh and delitious.
Disliked: There was not enough hot water. It seems that they are using boilers to heat the water...

Liked: Location is excellent if arriving via airport with a stop on the shuttle right outside. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the extra touch of complimentary hot and cold drinks in the room and the temperature of hotel made a pleasant stay during some very cold evenings.
