Disliked: The pool was always closed and so many drugs the hallways always smelled like weed and two drug busted happened while we visited it’s a shame

Liked: Staff was very friendly! Beds comfortable and breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold!
Disliked: It was run down and needed some love definitely not The Quality Suites quality that I’m accustomed to.

Liked: We booked with expectations of using the hottub, at check in were told hottub was not in service, so Jessica the receptionist at check in upgraded us to a room with a hottub in it. Love her helpfulness and appreciate her so much. Made our night! Thank you Jessica!
Disliked: Hottub was out of service.

Liked: Friendly staff that was more that willing to help us with finding the best places to eat and go to while we where there

DID NOT STAY THERE WANT...

Liked: This location is horrible. We left and requested a refund. We could not stay here do to the cleanliness and the people present when attempting to check in. Drugs were clearly a priority at this location. This location is refusing to send booking.com proof we did cancel, causing me to not get a refund. You can clearly tell we stayed somewhere else, booked through booking.com. I just want my money back.
Disliked: Getting my money refunded.
