Overall was a good experience.

Liked: Went sight seeing every day and came back to a made bed and a clean room.
Disliked: There was no free breakfast.

Liked: Staff was friendly enough; room was clean enough; bed was comfortable enough; it was good for the price; I'd definitely visit again.
Disliked: The room kind of had a strange smell but I got used to it easily.

Liked: Location was close to downtown
Disliked: The A/C unit was turned off when i arrived, had to call front desk on instruction how to turn on the unit.

Traumatizing. The staff is terrible....

Liked: The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is not heated, but we were still able to enjoy it a little as the weather was hot.
Disliked: The hotel staff is extremely rude and does not know how to resolve conflicts. They communicate with the customer by shouting when they are contradicted, they ruined our customer experience and made our New Year's Day terrible.
