Good

Needs upgrade and more hospitality.

Liked: Outside appearance. Room was clean.
Disliked: Bathroom floor felt weak with cracks in floor tile. No elevator and my husband has knee issues. Had a hard time going up and down stairs. Later found out they’re were downstairs rooms but we were not offered one.

Disliked: It's was very noisy outside the door last night. Couldn't rest for work

Disliked: The sheets were dirty. The room was not cleaned after the last person stayed in it. There were used soap left from the last person staying and the sheets had something on them either shit or blood. We will not be returning to your hotel.
