Peaceful getaway

Liked: Always great service from every staff member I have encountered. Private, peaceful location that makes you feel like you are miles from busy city life. Great accomodation, spacious and clean. Well priced.

Liked: The property was good, gardens need to be maintained better, trees banging on the side of the roof all night kept us awake. Also one of the bathrooms hand mould in the shower between the silicone and grout.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Wasn't clean enough. Rubbish found lying under the bed. Preferred not to complain as if you call reception there is high probability that there wouldn't be anyone attending. Arrived around 5 pm for check in. Bathroom sink was blocked and water wasn't draining out. I called reception only to get into an argument with him. I was made to feel that I am lying or making stories. Electric kettle wasn't provided after paying $375. I would like everyone to know that they don't waste their money by choosing this hotel stay.The next door guy parked the car occupying almost all space there was no enough space for me to park the car. No one there to look after. Overall horrible experience.

Liked: Bed had stains on it, bed uncomfortable, it’s not a king it’s 2 king singles. Can feel the metal. Room 14.
