Checkin was lackluster at best. No one was at the front desk for checkout. Old hotel with very outdated rooms were not aligned with the cost of the hotel.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Location was not clean. Very hard to get ride share at this location.

Liked: Was a really nice hotel - staff killed it.
Disliked: We ended up having two extra people staying with us not thinking it was a big deal, but boy were we wrong. The night man was very disrespectful about charging us an extra 20 dollars per person. I don't know why that matters if there are two beds. He told me it had to be in cash - I didn't have cash! I assume he was going to just pocket the cash and never say a word about it. I asked him to charge my card, oh but they don't have my card on file. I guess when they scanned it upon check in that wasn't enough. Then he tried to say I was sneaking in my boyfriend and he was gonna check his cameras to prove it. I laughed - it was a girl's trip! Then he told me he wasn't going to charge me - instead he was going to go smoke a cigarette. I said OK thank you and as I walked away he decided he is gonna charge. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to. He was just very disrespectful and we won't be returning.

Liked: NOTHING!!! THIS PLACE AND THE PERSON WORKING IN THE FRONT DESK IS TERRIBLE!
Disliked: FRONT DESK LADY was SUPER RUDE!! I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER!!!The lady working at the front desk was acting way off, super rude and very sarcastic in the whole conversation we had with her as well as the elderly lady that was also dealing with this crazy person before us.Any question that we asked her she responded in a very sarcastic kind of way.I think she was bothered by us arriving to the to hotel and we interrupted her phone call with her boyfriend, and she proceeded to make our arrival the worse ever to any hotel we ever been to.She proceeded to cancel our reservation because we dared to asked her what was wrong with her and her attitude and we ended up sleeping in our truck, family of 5 with 3 small children.At this time, I'm still working with my bank because the hotel didn't reimbursed what I paid them. Very bad experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Close to the border and Brown Field. Fast food and an IHOP close by. Quiet but a lot of truckers stay here. Great, helpful staff.
Disliked: Appears to have homeless living in the street around the property.
