Good location, bat the facilities...

Disliked: Dryer was out of order.Couldn't use it.Breakfast was not good.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent customer service! Recently there was a reservation/ account issue and the gentleman resolved it with booking.com and was extremely professional and polite. We always book our business trips (multiple rooms) with them and can't say enough except thank you! Highly recommend

Liked: Had good tv channels. Netflix, Amazon prime
Disliked: Ice maker didn't work,Vending machine CC didn't work , so it was cash only. People don't carried cash that much anymore

Disliked: Had to look for parking for almost 20 minutes . Booking customers have to pay for their breakfast. Even though it says breakfast included.

I will NEVER stay here...

Liked: That it was close to the highway.
Disliked: The property was dirty. Rings in the tub, door to the room did not open (not even with master key).

We were disgusted.

Liked: We didn’t like the property. It had a weird smell as you walked in
Disliked: Cold water. We had no hot water. It smelled. The shower was dirty. The towels had a funky smell to them. The ice bucket was dirty. Stains all over the walls and floors. The whistle from the train right after midnight. The a/c had no cover.
