Nice quick trip

Liked: The facility was nice. The rooms were a decent size. The pool was heated. The breakfast served different items each day.
Disliked: Before I arrived I called and explained I was enroute to the hotel from the airport and was asking if I could check in an hour early. I was told yes. When I arrived, I was told the room was not ready. I explained I had called about 20-30 minutes prior and was told the room would be ready. The guy asked us to wait and within 10 minutes the room was ready at the usual check-in time.
