Disappointing

Superb

Liked: Not a lot of variety.I went down at 715 and only 2 yogurts left.No bottled water.
Disliked: I was told upon arrival that a $250 hold charge would be placed on my card .... that seems a lot for incidentals. Most hotels is $50. Then I am told it would not be removed for 7 - 10 days

Very comfy bed and hot...

Liked: Hot breakfast was great. I'd love it more if protein was available as well..
Disliked: Unfinished repairs in the shower ceiling, and hair in the bathroom.

shower/tub would not shut off

Liked: We stayed here a few days earlier and had a positive experience
Disliked: The evening hostess was rude and not helpful. we let her know the tub/shower in our room was constantly running. she said she didn't think she could get anyone to fix it. we asked to be moved, she said she didn't think she could . she would have to check with the manager and let us know. we told her we were going to eat and she could let us know. when we returned, she was not at the desk, sign she was helping a guest. she never did get back with us. we closed the bathroom door to help block the noise. the room was a sauna. everything dripping. horrible experience and uncaring evening personnel.
