Disliked: Let's just say that if I could I would replace all the staff. Rude, not friendly at all. not one bit. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and it was my first and last.

Disliked: no cream or sugar in the room, sheets were stained, tv remote was broken, outlet ports didn't work, and the curtain didn't close

Disliked: Bad noise from Fridge all night. Heater never worked. Staff not trained to take payment from the pre authorization taken on the card given during reservation. He tried payment again(sale), which caused card to get declined as limit is low on that card. Had to give another card but the hold on the card used for reservation is not released as it stays for 14 days.
