Worst experience of my life

Liked: The front desk worker was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: We were moved to two different rooms. Upon arrival to the first room, the door was wide open. I let her know that it was open and she said it was probably a mistake by the housekeeper. I left for a few hours and when I returned the door was still opened after being told that they would close it. Pulled the blanket back and the sheet had different color marks (orange, red, green) looks like marker but wasn't sure so we asked for another room The other room smelled really bad. My nephews said it felt like something was crawling on them and we had just sat in the room for about 15 mins or less. The sheets came up from the mattress, and revealed all the black and brown marks all over the mattress. At that point I knew I couldn't TRY any longer. We didn't stay. It was disgusting.The pictures online Did Not match what we walked in on. I'll never stay or attempt to stay at another Quality.

Liked: We were in New Iberia for a Festival Queen event. My daughter was a visiting queen. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that it was close to the Holiday Inn, where the queens were staying. The Holiday Inn was booked, so I chose the Quality Suites since it was next door. Big Mistake.
Disliked: My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. There was stuff on the walls in our room that still makes me want to vomit just thinking about it. The maintenance of the room and hotel left a lot to be desired. The entire hotel needs to be updated. I could have stayed at Motel 6 for same quality (literally), but cheaper price.

Liked: There were some issues,like the room we had the bathroom door was broke, the manager gave us another room but when we got to the new room we pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress look like it was in an alley. Once again the manager came through, he found a better bed. They do not have cover for the bed we were giving a curtain. There big water bugs in the rooms and in the hallway. The shower pressure was horrible, I have a better chance of taking a shower outside in the rain. The breakfast yea the orange juice taste like old orange juice that’s been water down there was no apple juice. The ladies at the front desk was helpful but they could have had the breakfast restocked.
Disliked: It on top.what I did like was the manager was on point he made sure we were ok.
