Disliked: Sink drain plug broke, no hot breakfast items such as bacon or sausage.

Liked: When I arrived, I wasn't able to get into the property. There was no staff at the service desk to let me and my family in. I kept calling the service desk with the property phone that was located next to the property doors. After 45 minutes of knocking, finally, an employee finally heard us, and she came running down the stairs barefooted and let us in. She was asleep.She said she would reimburse our room but never did. Our couch bed had no sheets on it and our toilet was so dirty. I took pictures of the toilet.

Liked: I paid for a whirlpool suite with no whirlpool. Not even a tub.

Liked: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was ok not much to choose from.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were shut down because the health department closed it since March 2 2025.They never said anything about it when I checked in. The first room we checked in to the toilet was plugged and would not flush and go down five minutes into our stay, so we had to pack up are stuff and move to a different room.
