It was convenient for what I was staying there for.

Liked: The convenience to the venue.
Disliked: The freezer in the fridge was disgusting; there wasn't a dirty clothes bag; the bathroom was OK.

Liked: We stayed for just a night for a concert. The room was clean.
Disliked: The outlets didn’t work and our tv wouldn’t turn on. We asked the front desk and they said it was because of the amount of people staying that night. They said the tv wasn’t getting signal. We payed about triple what a normal night would cost. I feel like if you are going to upcharge like that we should at least have a working tv.

Liked: Nothing. Extremely disappointing. No hot water, TV barely worked with no signal most of time. Heater/AC intermittently worked. Windows covered with paper due to painting. Room dirty, there 2 days did not clean our room, not even fresh towels. Ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor, I’m 70 years old and it was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. Inexcusable. Will never stay there again.

Most Horrible Hotel Experience Ever

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Had to change rooms, bc air conditioning not working. Upon getting in new room, blood stain were on pillowcase and let out bed mattress, leftover food in refrigerator, microwave was dirty, headboard had stains. Luckily I bought items to disinfect a d wipe down, had to go to other room and grab the mattress and sheets.
