Stayed here multiple times but...

Liked: Location and airport shuttle
Disliked: I’ve stayed here many times before when traveling and like being able to use their airport shuttle. Booking.com website listing continues to state that parking is free. Upon arrival and AFTER checking in, front desk clerk comes outside to tell my husband that car break-ins have been happening and to move his vehicle up front and that we need to pay for parking. When my husband shows the screenshot of free parking to him, he argues that it’s only $10/night! It was handled poorly and was tacky! Upon check out, no one was around, just a sign with a number to call so we left our keys on their keyboard, as it was very early and we needed to leave on the shuttle. There are things I have overlooked in the past (couches always look like they’ve seen better days and carpet isn’t great) but overall the bedding and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable and they have offered free shuttle and parking, so we have picked it over other chain hotels. I don’t know if this is under new management or what, but likely won’t be back. Showing up to unexpected charges didn’t sit well with us!

Disliked: Room was dirty, had to switch. Previous trips had a non-working TV and broken shower. Will not stay again.

Disliked: Poor breakfast. The iron in the room didn’t work.
