Disappointing
Liked: The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. And it was very clean
Disliked: The ice maker on the third floor was just outside my room door it dripped all night. And the water wasn’t hot to shower

Expensive Dump
Liked: I liked that I could bring my dogs that I why I picked this hotel. I did not know that there is no pool open it says it was supposed to to open in July 2023 and it’s August 2024. I would not have stayed there if I knew this it was not disclosed to me. The place was an expensive dump but we had nowhere else to go after we got there and saw this. The place was also not clean.

Not worth the price

Disliked: Pool broken, no juices (machine broken), food quality poor, pot/smoke smell in hallways , AC unit leaking on floor, toilet ran constantly, bugs in hallway.

Liked: Room was huge. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in/out. Great water pressure.
Disliked: Decor is a little dated/worn. Pool closed for maintenance.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: To be honest I'm pretty easy to please. Clean comfy bed, a clean room, a working TV. When I walked in I noticed the TV didn't work ( he did come fix that), I also noticed the extra pull out bed we planned to use was not functional, the tub drain had to be fixed, the hair dryer did not work, the ice machine didn't work, the pool was closed, and when I went to go to bed noticed yellow spots on the cover and what looked to be makeup (foundation and lipstick) on the pillow cases. I did report the TV and the couch bed being broken as soon as I noticed that. I mean it was obvious it also had stains all over it. She said she would get someone up there and I told her no problem. When I went to ask if they were going to come fix the issues hours later there was another lady there. She went on to tell me I have been there for hours why am I just now reporting the issues? I told her I did it when I first arrived and she looked at the girl and she agreed. She also told me no one else has reported these things that I must have broken them and kept on blaming all the things on me. She then asked if I was ready to check out and said she could get me 50 percent of my money back. The other worker said I think she was just wanting you to know so you don't keep her damage deposit and she looked at the girl and put her hand up. I told her I have never seen customer service this bad. The lady ended up coming upstairs with the maintenance man and I told her again how unprofessional that was. And she said she was sorry but there were no other rooms. I told her and that's okay that's all you needed to say. And personally I just want clean bedding and to be able to get my deposit back. I will never stay here again. I can deal with the room stuff but not rude disrespectful owners or management. And I'm sure you're thinking dang is there something you aren't going to complain about? But really it was just that bad.
