Disliked: Bath tub had stains..but other than that clean bathroom! The door to the room didn't shut all the way. Had to pull up on the handle to get to to lock! Informed front desk!

Liked: Price
Disliked: The goal was hard to open. The building was rundown. The people that stayed there prostitution and drug dealers didn’t feel safe, but I did have Firearms so everything was good.

Liked: Easy access from I-40. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It appeared that all the cleaning staff did was make the bed, ensure clean towels were in the room, and emptied the trash cans. The floors were dirty, the bathroom sink and counters were dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned.

Liked: The location was fine. I didn't eat breakfast this trip but the breakfast is normal fairly good.
Disliked: No hot water. Was told after I checked in that it would be fixed by the night but definitely by morning. It wasn't and was told that they wasn't going to compensate us in anyway for it. If you can't take a hot shower before you leave then it's really not much of a hotel in my opinion.

Bad management

Liked: I didn't like anything about it
Disliked: There was no hit water. the sink was leaking. the TV didn't work right. There wasn't a couch to sit on. Then they told me I couldn't get compensation for my stay

Very poor

Disliked: After I checked in I was informed that the hot water wasn't working but was assured that it would be fixed by morning. It wasn't so no hot shower. I asked if we would receive a discount for that and was told no. Not much of a room if you can't take a shower.

Disliked: The staff were not very friendly. Upon arrival the first statement to us was have a seat it is going to be a minute we are doing shift change. I can understand the wait but there was no welcome, there was no I apologize, just a not friendly have a seat. Then the key wouldn’t work to our room. We took it back twice and they then moved us to a different room. We were at the hotel 40 minutes before we made into our room. The hotel is made to seem nicer than it is in the online pictures. Definitely wouldn’t have chosen had I know it was outside rooms that have been partially renovated and partially not. Also to add to our disappointment there wasn’t any hot water. They did say it was due to the storm.
