Cost effective handy location with...

Liked: Location. Owners are lovely. Tidy unit quiet -kitchen.
Disliked: Wasn’t as clean (under beds etc) as I’d like but was still clean and tidy. The light early in the morning was an issue for us but probably not for most.

Liked: Friendly staff. Offered to help my pregnant daughter with her bags.

Pleasant stay!

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds. Room service is provided. Wifi connection is excellent. Quiet place though it is located next to a road. Within walking distance to supermarkets, shops and eateries.
Disliked: There is a table and chair at the doorstep of my unit. We did not notice a cigarette tray on the table until we smelled smoke on evening. Other guests actually sat at the table and smoked!

Liked: Great location, and very accommodating for my late check in. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again next time we are in ChCh
