Exceptional

Liked: I saw the reviews and was very nervous but I'm glad I came. The hotel is clean and updated. We had 2 queen beds a table, 2 chairs, mini fridge and microwave and a TV. Everything was fresh and clean. Also the breakfast was great. Muffins, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee and a waffle maker to make your own waffles. That was my favorite part. Coffee maker is a pod so we went out and bought our own but otherwise this was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back here.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast included a really nice waffle maker.
Disliked: The staff was rude. I only really interacted with one gentleman who was there when I arrived, there during breakfast, and then there later in the day as well. The room was dirty with blood stains visible on the top blanket of one bed and stains all over the other blanket. The bathroom had visible stains all over the walls. The hotel lost power, and when I asked when it would be back on, the gentleman (same guy) was very annoyed. I tried to change my reservation and was told I couldn't without being charged the full amount.

Liked: Honestly there was nothing to like.
Disliked: Everything was so messed up and dirty. Holes in the walls, dirty sheets, dirty well everything. There was literally bugs crawling on and in the nightstand. The tile was all cracked and there was so much hair in the corners. Not good even for the price we paid. Regret ever staying here. Ignore all the good reviews they are probably fake. Literally the floor and walls of the actual hotel not even in the room are all messed up.

This experience will make me...

Liked: Able to accommodate a last-minute online booking (within a few hours of arrival). The bed was comfortable, the sheets appeared clean, and the room was quiet.
Disliked: All areas of the property appeared dirty, unkempt, and neglected. The room contained ripped furniture, a broken toilet paper holder, old stickers on mirrors, stains on the toilet base, and one towel that had visible dirt on it. Breakfast was an overall poor selection. The waffles from the machine tasted terrible; the coffee was undrinkable. Lacking quality for a Quality Inn.

Disliked: The sheets on the bed and the towels were dingy looking. The breakfast was non-insistent they only had waffles and it’s bad that you pay almost $100.
