I rate my stay a...

Liked: The first room i was given was occupied so, I had to go back to the desk and the clerk was not there. So we are in the lobby looking crazy for about 10 minutes. Then we got another room and we were satisfied until we saw the roaches in the middle of the night crawling on the counter and coffee machine. Our clerk was very friendly and accomodating.

Do not stay here!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: First, it doesn't get above 60 degrees in any of the rooms!! It's freezing in there!! The front desk workers have numerous space heaters to keep THEM warm, though. They never put me in the system and double booked my room, so while I was asleep I was awoken by a man literally busting into my room with enough force he broke my door and the chain locks attached to the door frame. When I went to confront the front desk, they asked, "What I wanted them to do about it," so I ended up having to move rooms. There's only ONE luggage cart for the whole hotel, and it was being used, so I had to lug all of my belongings to my new room, which was completely at the farthest part of the hotel. THEN again was never put into the system an got awoken at 9am before my 11am checkout time by the manager banging on my door asking me why I was now in this room instead of my other room with the completely broken door. I can not give a lower review for this place. Oh, and the shower! I almost forgot. The shower had black hair all over the walls and around the drain. Gross. Please look elsewhere!!

Would not stay here again

Disliked: I showed up to a dirty already used room! then was put into a room without working climate control so slept at 62 degrees practically froze over night. The next day the major did give us a different room but it wasn’t much better!

Liked: I didn't like anything about my stay. It was very dirty and nasty. I had blood on my pillow case. The cleaning lady argued and said it was rust and didn't replace the pillow case

Disliked: The room was extremely hot the whole weekend maintenance had it kicked back in by then went out again.
