I wouldn’t recommend my worst...

Liked: Not one thing!
Disliked: The room was dirty. The room had a horrible smell. The sheets were dirty. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The room was so bad that we left at 10:30 PM. We attempted to call the front desk and left a message asking for a different room, but never got a call back. We went to a different hotel down the street and had a fantastic experience. The Quality Inn was an unbelievable disappointment. I can’t say a good thing about the place. I am hoping to get a, but I doubt that will happen. My biggest regret is that I didn’t read the reviews of this horrible establishment. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.

Liked: Staff check-in lady was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room was very old and in need of complete refurbishment. Black scum all around bathtub.Leaking toilet bowl tank caused tank to keep reflling.Carpet was stained from the door to the bathroom. Kickboards were missing under fridge and microwave cabinets.

Liked: Location and seemed clean. Some of the towels were badly stained. But there is an odor that is awful. Haven't been able to sleep at all and both of us have plugged noses. It is just 6am .
Disliked: I think I have been pretty clear that we do NOT recommend this room to anyone. Something is very wrong here!!

Disliked: The outside pool had green on the bottom .it looked disgusting.when we checked out and I mentioned it to the receptionist..she said oh they are having issues with the pool. I find that hard to believe because it was probably like that for months.Don’t advertise something online and then when we get there it isn’t .useable

Liked: From the outside it was decent enough, the staff member who checked me in was helpful & kind, however, the only other employee I encountered didn’t even greet me when I came for breakfast the next morning & then disappeared from behind the front desk the entire time I was at breakfast. The breakfast was the norm at a hotel of that stature but I was disappointed there was no orange juice. The room was okay. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the ac didn’t seem to cool very well but I was comfortable enough. The bed wasn’t horrid but wasn’t great either. I did like their pillows. The worst though was the restroom. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never saw the amount of mold in the restroom as I have this one. For some people that suffer from allergies or asthma it could really be devastating. I only know bc I have an asthmatic daughter, had she been with me we wouldn’t have been able to stay there.
Disliked: The mold in the bathroom was horrible.
