Horrible customer service

Liked: I didn’t even get to stay here. I was unaware of the $50 deposit that had to be paid upon arrival and didn’t have it. They refused to give me my room money back.

Disliked: There was no Wi-Fi ! The tv had 4 static channels to watch! The refrigerator didn’t stay cold . There was no toilet paper when we first got there . The 2 towels we were giving were stained with orange something .

Disliked: I was handicapped. They put me on second floor. Heater in room was broke. Could not adjust temperature. Remote had One battery when towed at the desk. They said they would be there in 15 minutes. Never showed up the phone in room was not hooked up The breakfast consisted of toast, juice and coffee

Absolutely disgusting cheap place- should...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Room was gross, bathroom was dirty and there was dirt and hair in the bathtub. They had worms in the beds and won’t give a refund.
Disliked: I hated everything. Woman at the front desk was super rude and just unfriendly for no reason. When we brought the fact they had worms in the beds she got angry saying they don’t have bugs (I have proof) and we can just leave if we want to cause drama. When we asked for new bedding we were just handed a simple flat sheet and nothing else.

Liked: There was really nothing to like about the stay.
Disliked: The room was damp, bed was not comfortable. There was no breakfast available even though it was advertised and the reason we chose to stay there. The TV service was fuzzy looking (think old school over-the-air antenna). The bathroom ceiling was moldy and falling apart. Definitely not worth the $90 we paid.
